Q: What are your Customer Service hours?

CHECKOUT

 

Q: What type of payment methods is accepted?

A: We accept all major credit cards including Paypal. Please be sure to fill out your shipping and billing information correctly prior to purchase. Please note, we only accept one form of payment per order.

 

Q: Can I use separate billing and shipping addresses?

A: Yes, you can! When you reach the checkout page click the button marked "Ship to Different Address" and then submit the separate address information into the appropriate field.

 

Q: My Paypal address is not up to date, did my shipping address change?

A: Paypal will not automatically update the shipping address. Therefore the shipping address you have entered during checkout on our site will be used.

 

Q: Why am I being charged Customs and Duties Fees?

A: International orders are subject to Custom and or duty fees. Scrubs 2 Go recommends that you check your local laws regarding any charges or fees you may have to pay when your order arrives. The local postal service in your area may also require a fee upon completion of delivery, understand that these fees are additional and are not included in your shipping charges. Should there be additional shipping and handling charges, the recipient will be responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Scrubs 2 Go will not issue refunds for Customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the Customs fees.

 

Q: Are orders delayed during the Holidays?

A: Any of the items we offer that are “Drop Shipped” or shipped directly from our vendor, have the delivery time listed on the product detail page and during the check-out process. Due to the Holidays your order may be delayed up to 2 weeks from the time listed on the product page. Please be sure to order in advance of the holiday rush. Scrubs 2 Go does not mark orders as gifts and has no control over shipping product delivery date(s).

 

Q: Why was I charged more than I saw at checkout?

A: All of the prices on our site and order confirmations are in US dollars. For International orders your currency will be converted to USD automatically upon checkout. For questions about the local exchange rate Scrubs 2 Go recommends contacting your bank.

 

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Scrubs 2 Go will charge your card the moment you confirm it at checkout. You will receive a confirmation message when your order is submitted.

 

Q: Why isn’t my order going through?

A: Please be sure that your billing address on your order matches your billing statement exactly.  For your security, if you have attempted to check out more than twice, your credit card company may block you from using our site. Please contact your credit card company directly for authorization to place your order.

 

Q: Why isn’t my coupon code working?

A: Please be sure your coupon has not expired and that you're applying it to non-sale items only. For assistance please dial 1-888-908-8732 with your coupon code.

 

Q: What if I make a mistake in my order?

A: Should you make an error during the order process please contact us immediately by dialing 1-888-908-8732. Scrubs 2 Go will typically hold your order for two hours after your order  is placed to allow for any changes to billing and shipping address or item sizes and colors.  If you need to make a change after your order is processed, you can cancel your order and then re-submit the order properly.

Q: Why was I asked to show my ID or share my social media profile to place my purchase?

A: For your protection we may ask for additional personal identifiable information such as a copy of your ID or a link to your social media profile to verify the authenticity of your order. Q: Can I redeem a Gift Certificate online?

A: We currently do not redeem Gift Certificates online. We can be reached by dialing 1-888-908-8732 and a representative will assist you.

 

Q: How do I order online?

A: Scrubs 2 Go makes ordering easy! When shopping online, select the item you want to purchase, select a color, size, and quantity, then click the "add to cart" button. Q: How can I order through the mail or USPS?

A: Simply print out the order form page from Scrubs 2 Go website and be sure to specify quantity, size(s), color(s), style(s) and shipping  address etc., then mail check or Money order payable to Scrubs 2 Go to:

RETURNS

 

Q: Can I return something I purchased online?

A: Regular, current merchandise may be returned to vendor provided it is in perfect condition. For complete information regarding our return policy please visit Returns/Shipping page.

 

Q: Where's my refund?

A: PayPal refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account. Credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This may take up to 2 - 4 weeks depending on your financial institution. If your refund has not been applied after you receive your next bill, please call us by dialing 1-888-908-8732 and we'll be happy to resolve that for you.
